Vehicle Standard
All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out before any deliveries are made. A charge of £20.00 will incur if the vehicle is not clean upon its return. Normal road dirt is of acceptance .
Rental Requirements
All hirers must present a full driving license (held for at least 3 years), a valid passport and two additional forms of ID (i.e. utility bill, bank statement, etc)
The minimum driver's age is 25 years old.
Deposit & Excess
Every vehicle on hire requires a deposit to secure the booking. Our insurance carries out an excess which is to be held whilst the vehicle is on hire, please contact us if unsure.
Booking Fee
A booking fee of £150.00 is required on all bookings taken prior to the
rental start date this will be deducted from the rental cost at the time of
hire.
Drivers
Only the hirer is permitted to drive the vehicle. Additional drivers are charged from £35.00 per day.
Fueling
All vehicles leave with a full tank, you will be required to bring the vehicle back with the same amount or pay the surcharge. In event, that vehicles are delivered, the same conditions apply.
Delivery and Collection
Deliveries within the 30 mile’s range are free, whereas any excess miles will be charged. Prices available upon application.
Fines/Penalties
Any parking/speeding fines are the sole liability of the hirer. We will pass all information on our hirers on to the relevant authorities for them to collect fees. Please note an administration fee will apply.
If travelling in the congestion area you are responsible for the congestion payment . Failure to do so will result in extra administration charges.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the rental charge. Last minute cancellations will be charged at the full rate. UK Specialists prestige Car Hire reserves the right to cancel bookings at our own discretion.
Excess Mileage Charges
All vehicles carry an excess mileage charge, which must be paid in full at the end of the rental period or deducted from the initial deposit held.
